Can I ask AI questions about my account?

Yes. The AI Chatbot is available on free accounts, including before you import content or publish a website. Analytics and clip or thumbnail generation become available once your site is turned on. Open the AI Chatbot tab in Analytics & Insights and type a question the way you would ask a person: how your websites did last month, what visitors search for that you have not covered, which episodes get the most views, how your email campaigns are doing, or how many members joined. It looks up your account’s own numbers (visitors, searches and questions on your sites, your shows and posts and their topics, your social numbers, email campaigns, contacts, and members) and answers from them. It never guesses a figure it did not look up.

Ask for content ideas and each one comes with the evidence behind it, such as a search visitors typed or a topic you have not covered since a date. The AI Chatbot only reads: it does not change settings, send email, or edit a website. Chats are saved in the list on the left, per person. Double-click a chat’s title to rename it, and use the × to delete it. The charts and tables are on Analytics.

Ask your account a good question.

Find answers and content ideas using your own traffic, searches, episodes and campaign data.

Before you start

AI Chatbot reads your account's information; it does not edit your website or send campaigns. Access depends on the features enabled for your account. Choose a question with a clear period, website or channel so the answer has a useful scope.

Step 1

Open the account chat

Under Creator Tools, open AI Chatbot. Start a question about your own website traffic, audience searches, shows, campaigns or members.

Use AI Chatbot for account analysis. Use Site Editor Chat to draft articles and the Visual AI Editor to change a page; these are separate tasks.

If the tool is unavailable, check the feature availability shown for your account rather than expecting a guide to enable it.

Step 2

Ask a scoped question

Name the period and the result you want. For example: ‘What did visitors search for on my website in the last 30 days that I have not covered?’

For a comparison, name both periods. For an episode question, name the show or episode rather than leaving the catalog ambiguous.

Ask one question first. A follow-up can narrow the audience, source or period without starting a vague new task.

Step 3

Review evidence and follow up

Read the answer and the data behind it. Ask which searches or topics support a content idea, or open Analytics to compare the period and figures.

A missing measurement is not a zero. Check whether the relevant website, channel or campaign has data for the selected period.

Chats are saved per person. Double-click a chat title to rename it so you can return to the same research; deleting a chat is a separate action.

Review checklist

  • The question names the correct period and content scope.
  • The answer has supporting account data.
  • Missing data is understood before making comparisons.
  • The useful research is saved under a recognizable chat name.

If you get stuck

An answer is too broad

Specify one website, channel, question or period and ask for the evidence behind the result.

I want it to edit a page

Open Site Editor Chat or Visual AI Editor for editing; the account AI Chatbot is a reading and analysis tool.
