The annual price uses your current catalog band. Each new 100-item band is prorated through the same renewal date. Usage and extra add-ons remain monthly. The yearly Dataweaver is $313.20 / year; adding the yearly website allowance makes the fixed plan $529.20. Monthly remains $29.00/month with 800 items included, plus $20.00/month per website.

Websites beyond the 1 covered yearly, Data API keys, Custom JavaScript, and usage-based add-ons remain monthly. Enterprise is available by contacting the team.

Each is optional and rides on your monthly extras bill. On yearly billing 1 website is part of the fixed term; extra websites are $20.00/month each. Data API keys are $39.00/month each, and Custom JavaScript is $19.00/month per site.

Clips: your first 3 each month are free, then $20.00 buys a pack of 25. Thumbnails: suggested titles and episode-frame previews are free, and AI-generated images or exact frame pulls get 5 free a month, then $5.00 for a pack of 10. Email is free for your first 100 subscribed contacts, then $9.00/month up to 500, stepping up as your list grows. AI searches on your sites include 5,000 free a month, then $10.00 per extra 1,000.

Your account includes 5,000 AI searches each month across your sites, which covers most shows comfortably. Past that, extra searches are $10.00 per 1,000.

You choose what happens at the limit in Billing: Keep answering (extras are added to your bill) or Stop at the limit (the ask-a-question box pauses until the month resets). Keyword search is always unlimited and free.

A visitor can ask a follow-up question under any answer, and the answer engine remembers what was already asked. A follow-up is a full question, so it counts the same as the first one. Start over empties the conversation.

You keep a card on file and choose yearly or monthly for the fixed plan. On yearly billing, the current catalog band and up to 1 website are charged through one renewal date. If the catalog crosses its paid capacity, Podspun adds the next 100-item band, prorated for the exact remaining days. Small prorations wait for the next scheduled bill instead of creating a tiny card charge.

At renewal, the fixed yearly price recalculates from the current catalog band. Extra websites, API keys, Custom JavaScript, and usage remain monthly. Billing shows the yearly renewal and monthly extras separately, plus coupons, past charges, and receipts.

There is no hard catalog limit. Yearly includes 1,600 total items across podcasts, video, Instagram, and TikTok, then moves up in 100-item bands. On yearly billing, 1,900 items starts at $361.80 for the Dataweaver and buys capacity through 1,900 items for the term. Crossing the next 100-item band buys that band only for the remaining days; the paid capacity never drops during the term. At renewal, the price uses the catalog band at that time.

On monthly billing, the overage at this catalog size is $16.50 in addition to the $29.00 base. Websites and other monthly extras are separate as shown in Billing.
