Can my emails carry my own picture and name?
Yes. In Email → Config → Header & Footer, upload a Header Image. It shows at the top of every email you send: campaigns, the welcome email, confirmations and drop alerts. Leave it empty and an email opens with your website's logo, when it has one.
The name a subscriber sees as the sender is your From Name, set in Config → Sending DNS Setup. Until you set one, emails about a website are sent under that website's name.
