Where do messages from my website's forms go, and can I show an email?
Every message sent through the forms on your website is kept in your Form Inbox, and emailed to your account's login email when the form's notification is on. In your site's CMS, open Site Settings, then Contact, to change where the emails go: type an address under Send Messages To, for when someone else handles your messages, like a publicist. That address is sent one email asking it to confirm, and your messages only go there once someone opens the link in it; until then they keep going to your login email. Clearing the address sends them back to your login email straight away.
Under Public Email you can add an email to show to visitors. It appears under the forms on your website. On a film website it is also the press contact on the Press Kit when a film has no press contact of its own, and Host a screening writes to it when your website has no Contact page. Leave it empty to show no email.
