How do I change my Artspun plan?

Open Billing, Plan Details, find Artspun Artwork Allowance and choose your Artspun Plan. A confirmation shows the recurring add-on and the charge due today before anything changes.

An upgrade within a paid cycle charges only the additional monthly allowance prorated for the remaining days. Returning to an allowance already paid for in that cycle does not charge it again. Before your first paid cycle, the selected add-on is included in the first bill. New visual artist accounts start with Professional; existing accounts retain their selected tier.

To downgrade, your non-archived inventory must fit the destination allowance. Current-cycle payments are not refunded. The lower recurring amount starts on your next bill.
