truck at the time of apprehension the

truck was stopped just 20 mi from the

scene of the shooting the driver was

arrested but was released only on a

evidence suspicion soon focused on the

Klux Clan but the local chapter

or information to make an arrest however

they do believe that the killers belong

to the clan we feel that it was members

of the Klux clan that took part in this

shooting but they did it on their own
