How do I run a timed auction on my website?
Open Auctions under Store & Donations and click Add lot. A lot is one item up for bidding: give it a title, photos from your assets, a description, and its provenance and condition. Set the Starting Amount, an optional Reserve, and the Bid Increment in your store currency, then choose the Time Zone and the opening and closing date and time. Save it as a draft, use Put in preview to show it on the site without bidding, and click Open bidding when you are ready.
Every lot gets its own page at /auctions/<lot>, and your site's Auctions page lists every visible lot after its own content. The Auction Lots block puts lot cards on any page, either every lot open for bidding or lots you choose. Lots show with or without a Stripe connection; only the winner's payment needs one, set up under Payments.
