March 26, 2025 / 52:30

This episode covers the tragic case of two missing mothers, Veronica Butler and Jillian Kelly, who vanished in March 2023 in Texas County, Oklahoma. The discussion includes the details of their disappearance, the subsequent arrests of four individuals, and the gruesome discovery of their bodies.

The hosts, Nick and the Captain, talk about how Butler and Kelly were last seen on their way to a supervised visit related to a custody battle. Their abandoned car was found with blood and personal items, leading to a murder investigation.

Four suspects were arrested, including Tiffany Adams, who had custody of Butler's children. The episode details the planning behind the crime, the involvement of an anti-government religious group known as God's Misfits, and the shocking brutality of the murders.

Key evidence, including burner phones and a chest freezer containing the bodies, is discussed. The hosts also cover the emotional impact on the victims' families and the ongoing legal proceedings against the suspects.

Listeners are encouraged to reflect on the case's implications regarding custody battles and the influence of extremist beliefs on criminal behavior.

talk some true [Music] crime tragedy in Texas County Oklahoma we're learning new details in a case
00:03:59
involving two missing moms from Kansas Veronica Butler and Jillian Kelly vanished March 30th their car found
00:04:07
abandoned in the Oklahoma Panhandle four people have now been arrested in the case including the grandmother of
00:04:13
Butler's children news fors Adria goens breaks down the new information for us Adria Jolene Tiffany Adams one of the
00:04:20
four people arrested in this case had custody of Butler's two children court documents confirm a problematic custody
00:04:27
battle is the focus of this murder case case you have two people um who are who are dead um and four people that
00:04:38
committed an in an absolutely brutal crime a crime committed over custody according to court records Veronica
00:04:46
Butler was on her way to a supervised visit with her kids when she and Jillian Kelly her courta appointed supervisor
00:04:53
disappeared in rural Texas County family finding Butler's car abandoned after they never returned home when they
00:05:01
arrived on scene uh they found some things that just weren't adding up according to court records deputies
00:05:08
found blood beside the car Butler's glasses in the middle of the road next to a broken Hammer sparking an extensive
00:05:16
search it took everybody in this case to get this done we know that there were people throughout the two we process who
00:05:24
were who who were frustrated who wanted um answers as soon as possible you know we wanted those those answers too we're
00:05:30
probably talking somewhere in the neighborhood of aund Law Enforcement Officers truly no exaggeration the
00:05:37
investigation pointing to Adams her boyfriend Tad Cullum and Cole and K twamley all four arrested over the
00:05:46
weekend charged with first-degree murder kidnapping and conspiracy to commit murder court documents show the attack
00:05:54
was planned stating the four were part of an anti-government religious group known as God's Misfits the twbi telling
00:06:02
their teenage daughter they would be gone the day the women went missing for a mission according to the affidavit in
00:06:10
the weeks before Adams purchased burner phones and stun guns those burner phones
00:06:15
pinging close to private property where investigators found fresh dirt work a hole that had been dug up filled back in
00:06:23
and covered with hay likely the spot where the two bodies were found although those court documents also showed this
00:06:31
was not the first time Adams planed to kill Butler back in February the group reportedly wanted to throw an anvil out
00:06:37
of the back of a truck into Butler's windshield making it look like an accident but Butler never left her home
00:06:43
that day OSBI says it's still waiting on the medical examiner to determine the ID
00:06:47
of those two bodies found and the exact cause of death in in an absolutely brutal
00:06:55
crime first-degree murder kidnapping and conspiracy to commit murder court documents show the attack was
00:07:03
planned stating the four were part of an anti-government religious group known as
00:07:09
God's Misfits God do the arrests take place before the bodies are found or the bodies found first yes so it's it's
00:07:17
interesting the arrest happens on April 13th and four people are arrested here so Tiffany Adams is arrested her
00:07:29
boyfriend Tad Cullum is arrested and their two friends Cole and K twam are arrested as the confidential witness is
00:07:39
Kora tw's daughter from her previous marriage so confidential witness her testimony was what led to these arrests
00:07:51
and a day after the arrests is when unfortunately Veronica and Jillian's bodies were discovered but this is the
00:08:04
part that is okay so we have four people who are arrested and really it feels like again just another incredibly
00:08:15
flawed plan to end Veronica's life and make her disappear for good but a big part of that whether whether it would
00:08:25
have been Veronica's family to sound the alarm or not Julian Kelly is the supervisor of this custody visit they go
00:08:35
looking for those people I mean so it seems to me like the the plan to get rid of Veronica is and pardon me for
00:08:46
saying so it's as simple as it's get rid of Veronica and a plus one whoever that
00:08:52
may be on this day March 30th how do we get to finding the bodies because as flawed as this plan seems on the surface
00:09:02
to me they went to Great Lengths to try to make it so that neither of these people
00:09:08
would ever be found again yes they did and Veronica and Jillian's phones eventually were found 8 and 1 half miles
00:09:18
away on a random property owned by this man Jamie Beasley and Jamie Beasley was interviewed by the OSBI and he's like
00:09:29
what the hell's going on he he starts to get nervous and and this is before the arrests but he ends up telling the OSBI
00:09:38
well Tad colum he rents my property and Tad colum actually came to me a few days
00:09:45
ago and said hey can I do some work for you here and and you know pull up some tree stumps and and do a few things on
00:09:54
your property and he said yeah okay sure if you want to clean up certain things go ahead so Tad had rented a skid steer
00:10:02
and the skid steer was on the property and there was some Disturbed dirt So Jamie Beasley immediately was like oh my
00:10:13
gosh I'm going to be a suspect here what the hell is happening this is not our first experience with the skid steer um
00:10:21
on this show unfortunately but there is so we now have the boyfriend Tiffany Adams boyfriend who is going to be doing
00:10:31
work on this large property this rural property this is going to lead to a search and a dig by law enforcement
00:10:39
correct and and what do they find yes so law enforcement had to dig about 10 to 12
00:10:49
feet underground and what they found was a chest freezer and inside that chest freezer were the bodies of Jillian and
00:11:01
Veronica and lots and lots of evidence it's not our first time dealing with a chest freezer either yeah and from my
00:11:11
understanding there was concrete on top of the chest freezer between the Surface and this chest
00:11:20
freezer there was concrete there again there was just it was so obvious guys I mean it was like it was almost like an X
00:11:29
marks a spot with a disturbed dirt as well it was it was just so stupid like so many things about what these guys
00:11:37
allegedly did yeah and obviously because of the manner that they find these individuals law enforcement has to
00:11:46
think there's definitely more than one individual involved definitely 100% um this yeah and and what they found in the
00:11:57
chest freezer and and buried inside that hole was jeans sweatshirts t-shirts uh covered in blood gloves uh a
00:12:08
baseball cat duct tape a sheath black or oh I'm sorry a sheathed black knife uh also with blood on it they saw ratchet
00:12:18
straps a saw handle a black taser or or or a flashlight electrical cords and and
00:12:25
black tape I mean it was it was a mess it was a total mess and it it was alarming it was it was just a gruesome
00:12:33
and tragic Discovery you're finding the bodies of two murdered victims along with all of the items that were used
00:12:40
during the commission of those those crimes with the what do we learn postmortem about the one the the murders
00:12:52
but two I'm guessing they would have been concealed in this ice chest for some amount of time before being before
00:13:02
the chest is placed in the ground um the the women at at what I learned they were killed and then they were pretty
00:13:14
much immediately placed in the chest freezer they were driven from the location uh as to where they were killed
00:13:23
to the property which took about 10 15 minutes and then they were placed in the chest freezer and they were lowered into
00:13:29
the ground that was all done on March 30th and so they weren't killed where the car was found even though we find a
00:13:37
good deal of blood there at that scene they were they were killed there that's where they were killed and then they
00:13:42
were transported to this location directly from correct what did the autopsies tell
00:13:50
us oh boy guys we can keep this as brief and vague as as you would like um it does go
00:14:00
toward us learning more about the overall plan and how detailed the plan was yes well we can start with Jillian
00:14:10
who look both women were innocent of course but Jillian was was truly just a an innocent bystander you know I mean it
00:14:21
was it was so heartbreaking to see that Jillian had been stabbed 16 times okay 16 times an innocent bystander and
00:14:34
these stab wounds were in her head in her neck and she had defensive wounds so she fought back she was trying to cover
00:14:44
her face and Jillian's death was incredibly incredibly disturbing I I go to the autopsy report
00:14:56
and it sounds like the medical examiner believed that Jillian was paralyzed the stab wound in her spinal Corder or in
00:15:06
her back or her neck paralyzed her and uh she eventually died from either that stab wound or
00:15:17
there were final two uh or three stab wounds to her neck so that was that was God so so sad and just so chilling so
00:15:27
initially we're long enforcement we we show up to the scene we know that it's this crime is committed by more
00:15:36
than one individual and then I think the autopsy and then where we find the vehicle this
00:15:43
all points to premeditation so now we have to figure out who is involved yes correct and you
00:15:54
know I I can get into what I know what I know to have transpired that day the events of what exactly happened
00:16:05
based on what I learned at the pre-trial but I I think that we should wait because there there's a lot more detail
00:16:11
that I can fill in for you guys here but I think that you know we should get to what happened to Veronica and then we
00:16:19
should talk about a fifth person that was subsequently arrested was there obvious signs or was there signs that a
00:16:26
stun gun was used at any time during this attack and if so do we have we know that Tiffany Adams was researching stun
00:16:37
guns was there evidence that she had purchased one or that someone close to her had purchased a stun gun yes Tiffany
00:16:45
Adams did possess a stun gun and both women had possible it was noted as possible stun gun marks to the back of
00:16:56
the neck or the shoulder which to me indicated that they were probably running oh God it's it's so it's hard to
00:17:04
even imagine it it just it sounds like the worst horror movie you could ever watch I mean especially just looking at
00:17:13
the the mug shots of these defendants guys it's it's like The Devil's Rejects I'm sorry and so what it looks to me
00:17:21
like is Veronica thinks she's showing up to this Meetup point to pick up her children very happy occasion and reality
00:17:29
is the sad reality is she's arriving to an ambush yeah and probably outnumbered and and the perpetrators of this Ambush
00:17:40
are prepared to move the bodies right then and there it's it's very strange to me that they didn't try to manipulate
00:17:51
the scene further by moving the vehicle I and look I'm not I'm not I'm very thankful that my my opinion of most
00:17:59
criminals are that they are the majority of them are dumb lazy or sloppy and I'm
00:18:07
thankful that that seems to be the case because I don't know I'm wondering we would have a lot of Suspicion here
00:18:15
Lauren but I feel like finding that car is really what it didn't save the day it
00:18:20
didn't save these these ladies lives but it really is a powerful piece of evidence to kick
00:18:29
off an investigation well I think that and also the cell phone ping tech technology yes and the burner phones
00:18:37
they had burner phones which which also pinged from the property of Jamie Beasley and and you're correct they are
00:18:45
stupid criminals but in my opinion they are also arrogant they think they own this town and also look I I I don't know
00:18:56
everything here but I do know that they had quote Lookouts and these These are public roads like yes it's not super
00:19:05
busy but possibly one of their Lookouts called them and said hey you got to go there's a car coming so they had to run
00:19:12
were the burner phones found at the barrial site yes so it seems like these victims were found and everything that
00:19:19
was found with them was what these killers thought as potential evidence that would connect them to the crime as
00:19:27
well but yes but you almost think that like you were saying the connection we have a prayer group
00:19:37
turning into a murder group but their leader it's it's almost like maybe the one of the ways she convinced these
00:19:48
people to help her was I have connections with law enforcement so even if they start looking at us they'll turn
00:19:56
the other cheek she's convincing these people that these poor children are being sexually abused and that the
00:20:02
mother is willingly allowing it to happen and this is the only way we've attempted to do everything legally to
00:20:11
stop this abuse against these children now we have to take matters into our own hands because the kids are still being
00:20:19
transported back to Veronica's house and and being with Veronica's family and as
00:20:27
as Lauren had told us about this God's Misfits these people with their prayer group and their their their little flock
00:20:35
there they they're not above saying that we need to take things into our own hands they're not they don't adhere to
00:20:43
the the laws of the land in the way that most civilians do and so it doesn't seem
00:20:50
like where where I think in most of our circles that we run in the three of us here not if you brought this up we would
00:20:58
be lock locked up right away there would be people that would turn on us right away but here it it's it's very bizarre
00:21:04
Lauren because it feels like this is an easy recruitment to do some very horrific very evil acts Nick I think you
00:21:12
nailed it I think that you you nailed it I mean Tiffany was able to convince these people because she said are you
00:21:20
going to let these kids continue to be molested and one of the defendants had said well I was abused as child so right
00:21:30
away I'm like no I'm not going to allow this and I also have had you know going to what you said about her connections
00:21:38
to law enforcement and it just being a small town I've had multiple sources share with me that at one point when
00:21:46
When Tiffany wanted her son Wrangler to get sober she ran it by one of her friends in law enforcement and said hey
00:21:54
if I lock him in my basement is that kidnapping or is that all good here and he was like no go ahead and do it
00:22:01
it's fine and she literally losted Wrangler in her basement kidnapped him for over a month a grown man now correct
00:22:09
me if I'm wrong where this sits today we have five individuals that have been charged and all five of them charged
00:22:17
with murder kidnapping and conspiracy is that correct so what happened after the
00:22:22
four were arrested there was Rumblings that a fifth person was involved and this person there were Rumblings of that
00:22:32
because the confidential witness actually mentioned his name and we saw it on on the public uh police affidavit
00:22:39
so I was thinking well where is this guy this guy's name is Paul Grace why has he
00:22:44
not been arrested Paul Grace I'm like why has he not been arrested well he apparently was finally interviewed by
00:22:53
the OSBI on April 23rd and he went back home after his interview he admitted to everything and they said okay we need to
00:23:03
we need to get a warrant to arrest you and he was arrested the next day on April 24th and Paul Grace we learned as
00:23:12
of September of 2024 played a very very large role in the murders of Jillian and
00:23:19
Veronica how so well Paul Grace was the one who stabbed Veronica 30 times and then we
00:23:31
learned that Paul Grace also stabbed Jillian Kelly two to three times in the neck and I I haven't gone through the
00:23:43
events of that day according to Paul but Paul thought to himself that Jillian was
00:23:50
possibly paralyzed he he wasn't sure he saw that she was blinking but he he just
00:23:57
he didn't know he he kind of said well I've seen animals when I'm hunting they kind of twitch after they're dead and he
00:24:03
wanted to be sure that she was deceased so he stabbed her two to three times in the neck thinking that he was doing a
00:24:11
good thing so she would not be buried alive this whole crime seems like a group of individuals that thought they
00:24:18
were doing doing the right thing by doing a wrong thing but also didn't think too much about how to look they
00:24:27
had have been convinced that these that they were being sexually assaulted but it feels like
00:24:34
Beyond Tiffany Adams and and her boyfriend the other three that were involved put very little thought into
00:24:42
well how can we correct this problem with without res resulting in killing Veronica and some other person
00:24:53
who is completely Innocent but I guess the brainwashing technique here is convincing the three that well this
00:25:01
other person can't be completely innocent because the courts are allowing this to happen as well not only is
00:25:07
Veronica allowing it to happen but the courts are insistent that they see their mother yes it's it's pretty mindblowing
00:25:15
that these people didn't say hey do you have proof can I see some proof that this is happening before I commit
00:25:23
heinous acts allegedly of murder and just to go back to these charges guys I I didn't explain the charges but all
00:25:30
five defendants were initially charged with two counts of first-degree murder two counts of kidnapping and conspiracy
00:25:38
to commit murder and later Cole wamble Tad Cullum and Tiffany Adams also faced two Char or fa I'm sorry faed two
00:25:47
charges each for removal of a dead body and desecration of a human Corps and then Tiffany Adams was also slapped with
00:25:56
two counts of child neglect and this is due to what I believe is a surveillance video of her in attractor Supply Co with
00:26:08
her two grandchildren who are holding ratchet straps and those ratchet straps we found in the the burial site and I
00:26:19
believe those were the the straps that were used to contain their mother's body so in Oklahoma neglect is is putting a
00:26:26
child in in a you know a nefarious situation or an illegal situation so yeah and this conspiracy plot unravels
00:26:34
mainly due to the witness that comes forward and shares this information what they knew with law enforcement but then
00:26:43
their story is backed by the actions of the five that were involved in this conspiracy plot to murder right with the
00:26:51
purchasing and the movements and putting them together at the time of the of the
00:26:56
attack and putting them together at the time of the belief time of the burial so
00:27:00
a lot of of information seems to be lining up with what this witness told law enforcement right out the gate yes
00:27:08
that's that's correct and also in in some of the early police affidavits When Tiffany Adams was arrested apparently
00:27:19
she admits everything and they have a recording of that allegedly but I want to just say something about this
00:27:26
confidential witness I I don't want to drag a 16-year-old but I also don't want to
00:27:32
hail her some kind of hero for you know coming forward after the fact when she she knew what was going to happen and
00:27:40
look maybe she didn't think that they would go through with it maybe she thought it would be a flop kind of like
00:27:46
the uh the initial Vice idea I'm not sure what was going through her head but I've I've seen reports where she's
00:27:54
hailed some kind of hero and I just I don't think that should be the case [Music]

terms and conditions apply Seas site for complete [Music] details we're thinking that some of this
00:33:27
is going to go to trial in April of this year or are we going to see are they going to share a trial or
00:33:35
will these be separate trials what what's currently taking place in this case because we have five people who
00:33:42
have been arrested there it sounds like there's some suspicion that other people could
00:33:47
have had a much much lower levels of involvement but what's the state of the case now and where does it go from here
00:33:57
yes well I I believe that all five are are equally guilty in my opinion I do I I don't care who did what I understand
00:34:06
what you're saying uh but there was a pre-trial hearing in December of 2024 and the state they wanted to do
00:34:16
this with all five defendants of course the defendants filed different motions to have it held separately that didn't
00:34:23
work right it would be very costly it would be uh it would be very difficult but what ended up happening before is
00:34:31
that corbley and Paul rce they waved the right to a speedy trial and they waved the right to a pre-trial hearing so that
00:34:41
led many of us to suspect that they had flipped and they were going to be testifying for the state in order to try
00:34:49
and get a plea deal and that is what happened and I traveled to Oklahoma to attend this pre-trial hearing and that
00:35:00
is where we learned the events from that day we learned what happened according to K twamley and Paul Grace and what was
00:35:11
very shocking about it is on the first day of the pre-trial you know it was it was just Tiffany Adams Tad Cullum and
00:35:20
Cole TWY and all of a sudden the first day Tiffany gets up and says I'm waving my right to a pre-trial hearing and I'm
00:35:26
waving my right to uh a speedy trial and I kind of looked over at Tad Cullum and
00:35:32
he had this this neck vein kind of pop out like he was not aware or he was kind of angry and and it was it was pretty
00:35:40
shocking and then the second day of the pre-trial Cole twamley decides to wave his right to the pre-trial hearing and a
00:35:48
speedy trial so all you had left was was Tad colum and uh in January of 2025 Tad
00:35:58
goes and waves his right to a speedy trial and a pre-trial hearing and they they are all du back in court for a
00:36:05
status update or a status Hearing in April and then in May of 2025 so what do you think the purpose of that is is that
00:36:13
to just turn on each other and and try to make one individual seem more responsible than the other
00:36:20
individuals well Paul Grace testified so that the death penalty would be off the
00:36:27
table for him this this case I mean I don't understand or I don't see a jury listening to all of this all of the
00:36:38
evidence and and not finding them guilty I I I don't that's my opinion I I just don't see how they wouldn't get death
00:36:47
for this because death is on the table and Kora she did not want her minor daughter to testify and she wanted to
00:36:55
strike some kind of deal and again judge still has to sign off on these deals but
00:37:00
what we have on the table so far is Paul again not receiving the death penalty just life in prison without the
00:37:07
possibility of parole and then we have Kora who would subsequently serve 30 years which I think is way too little
00:37:16
but what we learned guys is is pretty much worse than I could have ever imagined I mean we pretty much learned
00:37:25
from Paul Grace that Tiffany brought this white goose neck trailer they hooked it onto a truck
00:37:35
which this truck that they used they actually borrowed from colan's cousin who's the simmer County Sheriff believe
00:37:41
it or not it's so connected and so Twisted but they had this goose neck trailer and when Veronica and Jillian
00:37:48
arrived they were going to tell them and they they told them that uh the children
00:37:53
were in the trailer with a baby calf and that Veronica and I should come and see
00:37:58
because the kids want them to and Paul would be waiting crouched inside the the trailer with a hammer in one hand a stun
00:38:08
gun in the other and a knife in his pocket Paul described when Veronica approached the trailer with Tiffany he
00:38:18
jumped out and he immediately started hitting her in the head with the hammer and she started running and he then
00:38:28
describes how Tad and Tiffany grabbed Jillian I mean guys inside that courtroom it was one of the most
00:38:37
disturbing sad and terrifying moments of my life I mean I I don't think and and this is not about me I'm so sorry that
00:38:44
came out wrong to hear him say this and to be that close to Veronica's family and Jillian's family and hear them just
00:38:54
wailing I mean it was it was awful and Paul is on the stand sobbing he cannot get through what he is trying to
00:39:05
say and convey to us so he describes that Veronica takes off running he is uh tasing her attacking her at one point
00:39:14
Veronica tases his hand and he cannot feel his right hand and he ends up just jumping on her and attacking her and at
00:39:24
some point he just said he kind of blacks out and he just starts stabbing her he starts frenzy stabbing her until
00:39:33
he sees the light drain from her eyes and she's not moving anymore and at the same time he's describing that he hears
00:39:41
Jillian screaming bloody murderer from you know uh the corner of of outside the goose neck trailer and that all of a
00:39:50
sudden he hears a gasp and and nothing else and so he is exhausted he describes he rolls off of of Veronica and he's
00:40:01
laying there and he kind of sits up and he says that Tiffany Adams Then walks around him in a
00:40:10
circle and laughs she laughs he said the most evil laugh he has ever heard in his
00:40:18
life almost like she was admiring her work do you think these allegations were completely
00:40:27
false and made up by Tiffany or do you think that she had any reason to believe that this was actually true I know they
00:40:37
were made up I know they were made up I I mean I can I can get into some of the wrongful
00:40:45
death suits that were just recently dropped but I had suspected this all along Tiffany Adams on the siman
00:40:53
memorial hospital board I mean you know how boards work they they control a lot they control the hirings and the firings
00:40:59
of the staff and she had had made it her job here to take the children to a therapist at this hospital when she
00:41:09
wasn't even a guardian and somehow this therapist allegedly helped her falsify these records and and saying oh yeah the
00:41:19
the kids were abused and I don't know I don't know the details of you know how this therapist interacted with the
00:41:28
children if she made them I have no idea but what I do know is the therapist the
00:41:35
hospital and the five defendants are now being sued for wrongful death and I I didn't say this before but Tad Cullum
00:41:44
allegedly was the one to stab and kill Jillian Kelly although his offense here is that nobody saw him with a knife and
00:41:53
nobody saw him stab Jillian however I'm betting that the clothes and the evidence that were found in the burial
00:42:02
site or or in the chess freezer had Tad's blood on Jillian and and vice versa I don't know what the situation is
00:42:12
in Oklahoma every state is different with this I have a suspicion there's multiple reasons why you would wave your
00:42:19
right to a speedy trial one of those in in my that's always on my mind is a lot of states will give you a day and a half
00:42:28
even two days I think up in Canada you get two and a half days of time served for every day that you sit in a jail
00:42:34
cell waiting for your trial to to get to the point of trial and get to a verdict
00:42:42
so that could be in play here there's probably a lot of of strategy going on behind the scenes with the different
00:42:50
defendants and their attorneys that that would lend itself to wanting to wave your rights to speedy trial to me though
00:42:59
it looks like there's no shortage of evidence against all five of these individuals it would be very difficult
00:43:06
for a jury of their peers to truthfully not throw the book at them and and throw
00:43:14
the book at them they should to the maximum penalty allowed and you said that you believe that the death penalty
00:43:21
could be on the table for one if not all five of these individuals but this this case I mean there's premeditated
00:43:29
murder and then there's this this is goes beyond the standard of premeditated murder yes I believe the death penalty
00:43:38
would be on the table for Tad Cullum Tiffany Adams and Paul Grace hands down Paul Grace again most likely will not
00:43:46
get the death penalty if the judge signs off on this deal he he did Testify the pre-trial hearing and if Tad Tiffany if
00:43:55
if this actually goes to trial which guys I don't know if it will at this point I feel like the da most likely
00:44:04
wants to work out some kind of deal because as as you guys said what what jury uh wouldn't convict them or throw
00:44:11
the book at them even a bench trial I think would be would be tough here so I I do think that everybody here wants a
00:44:19
deal I don't think they should get a deal I mean of course unless the families agree to that I don't know the
00:44:25
communication uh what that's been like with the families but I just I think that you know Tad Cullum he appeared to
00:44:35
have a really uh flashy defense attorney he was the only one that had a paid attorney everyone else used uh public
00:44:42
defenders which which can be amazing right they can be incredible but Tad seemed to be the only one to have some
00:44:50
kind of defense that that look I mean I I don't see anyone buying this because of what we would possibly see um you
00:44:59
know with blood spatter and DNA but but yeah I don't know if I can see this going to trial I really don't but so
00:45:06
what's their plea deal most likely they're going to spend the rest of their life in prison I would think that for
00:45:14
Tad Tiffany and Paul that's a given now I believe that Cole and Kora should get the same I do but I don't think they
00:45:24
will because technically Cole and claimed that they were just the Lookouts but the tough thing is we have two
00:45:32
murder victims so then they become the the just the Lookouts for two murders yes and and technically Cole helped
00:45:43
dispose of the body technically Kora handed a weapon to Tiffany Adams at the site I mean there there's a lot more
00:45:52
again I I haven't gone into the sorted disgusting details of the whole thing and I I don't think we need to I I have
00:45:59
to say though cor twam on the stand at the pre-trial hearing she did not seem sorry remorseful at all she seemed she
00:46:09
seemed truly evil in my opinion where as Paul Grace I mean he clearly it's too little too late he's a
00:46:17
a he is I mean I'm just going to say it he he's a piece of [ __ ] guys I apologize
00:46:23
but he at least had what seemed to be remorse he was sobbing he said at one point he didn't care if he lived or died
00:46:31
he didn't even care about the deal uh you know it's so it's the whole thing it's awful I mean I I I can't tell you
00:46:39
guys how many sleepless nights I've had just thinking about this case and thinking about the kids Jillian's kids
00:46:45
Veronica's kids I mean this this did not have to happen and in my opinion so many
00:46:51
people were complicit in just turning the other way looking the other way and not actually seeing or or preventing
00:47:00
what what was going on with Tiffany Adams well it's sad and also scary to think that their their religious beliefs
00:47:10
played a a factor in these murders yes and unfortunately we're we're seeing that more and more you know Lori valow
00:47:18
Ruby Frankie I just I'm sick of it I'm truly sick of it it's like can we stop now like God did not tell you to do this
00:47:27
[Music] a big thank you to Lauren conin from pop Crime TV over there on YouTube and her
00:47:47
fantastic outlier podcast Lauren became quick and fast friends with us here in the garage very
00:47:55
recently and we were even talking about cases that we've covered here in the garage that she has a wealth of
00:48:01
knowledge on but it was so off the Record we can't even put it on our show our subscription show off the Record so
00:48:09
she is a wealth of knowledge and she was a joy to talk to I enjoyed her passion about these cases because this case in
00:48:17
particular is incredibly heinous we have seen this in other situations where these custody battles get way out of
00:48:25
hand it takes of Village People to raise these kids let's band together and do the best for these children everywhere
00:48:33
to bring them up the proper way and we have some trials that will be underway in this situation these poor victims
00:48:41
here Veronica so young just a young mother trying to do right by her CH children
00:48:47
just trying to see her kids and she's set up and killed by these monsters these maniacs and I can only imagine
00:48:56
that that somehow Tiffany Adams was able to brainwash these others these other idiots into formulating this plan that
00:49:04
thankfully it was so flawed that they left enough evidence behind and they they left a big trail behind that we
00:49:10
were able to get some answers quickly but it's never going to bring back these two innocent people Veronica Butler and
00:49:18
Jillian Kelly a woman who was just there to do her job a woman that was just out
00:49:22
there doing her job and her family is suffering now because of the evil of these God's Misfits and their actions
00:49:31
and what they chose to do to try to bury these two and hide them and conceal them
00:49:35
forever and keep these kids it's really really sickening stuff there's trials that are about to happen here in April
00:49:44
and it appears that a lot of these people within this group are turning on one another I hope that it is fast and I
00:49:52
hope that we can lock them up and throw away the key very very soon well like what we were
00:49:59
talking about on the show there is a good chance that this doesn't go to trial that everybody just makes deals
00:50:06
you have to love the passion in which she is covering this case any anytime somebody says that one of these idiots
00:50:15
these brainwashed pieces of [ __ ] when they call them a piece of [ __ ] you you
00:50:20
know they're you know they're my friend because they're using my vernacular so I guess we'll just wait to
00:50:28
see what happens we will be keeping an eye and an ear on the situation that's for sure so Colonel do we have any
