the trial venue has changed yeah that says as of March 24th uh a judge ruled to move cber I just did it cobber trial

from Royal northern Idaho to Boise because obviously they thought it's going to be hard for him to get a fair

trial very common practice to see uh a a case of this magnitude for the trial to

be moved to a large city or larger City and I think as as a prosecutors you can make the argument that this case is

blown up so everybody anywhere is going to know something about this case well and no matter how you feel on this

matter or any other trial out there really truly what all what everybody should want

prosecutor defense team judge everyone included should be a fair and intelligent jury that's what you want

yeah I think if I was uh the prosecutors in this case I won't even argue it just

because then we can say look we did everything in our power to give this individual a fair trial so so much has
