and the car just suddenly burst into flames he stated that he just had some work

down the car I saw a wrench sitting on the hood there I was I was kind of kind of wondering to

fire is out we got the hood open uh just holds down the rest of the engine compartment

got underneath the dash there the firewall Captain made sure that was uh that wasn't too warm to cool that down

and basically she's out that's about it now we're just wrapping up getting all the

Vital Information down uh the only one of the cars over there waiting for the police to come and now we're just

waiting for a fire investigator to show up so we can pack up and get out of here

able to peel that roof right back the outfit of the car appears to be conscious and breathing and and has

some facial injuries the airbag has activated itself as you can see he's being he was being stabilized by the

captain from engine number four and there is an ambulous attendant in there with him uh assisting the captain

uh All Things Considered if he appears to be in pretty good shape he he um is conscious and breathing and has

some has some blood around his face area and probably has some head-to-head injuries and maybe some lower torso

injuries but all in all he appears to be in pretty good shape a matter of whole couple two or three

minutes we're able to feel back the roof of that car and provide access to get at

that occupant or the ambulance cruise and the fire Crews can get the spine board and we've got the next next

supports on the uh on the patient and uh we can rescue him from the car and and slide him out in a matter of less than

seven to eight minutes we've got that patient on the way to the hospital please try and secure the scene and as

you can see by by the police line here they use the yellow tape and they according off an area so that it

provides us with an opportunity to work and get at the situation without without

being impeded by a lot of citizens who as we understand I mean they're here they want to see what's going on we deal

with it on a regular basis so it's a little difficult for us at times but the

police certainly help in a major way here that's uh it's their investigation too so they certainly help

us out the way the scene appears to me and uh after speaking to the police it appears

that this vehicle was southbound and uh collided with a one of the power poles here and just basically came apart

spell Grande was on patrol and she conducted a check of this vehicle where she observed some males and they

appeared to be smoking up in the vehicle and her suspicions were correct and she

made a good check on the vehicle and resulted in her making a drug seizure of several different types of drugs and

paraphernalia she's got some cocaine and she's got some marijuana and she's going

to be charging the driver the vehicle with those drug charges he's under arrest right now I'll be going back to
