measure and we have now been negotiating

hour these verbal negotiations are

stationary and then he so he kept on

following him once this guy realized he

was being followed what he'd do he's

just this gentleman says he would stop

would stop and that as soon as the light

would change to an Amber he Boot and

he'd blow the Amber the red trying to

get rid of him and then finally he

pulled over here and he got out he said
