Two Raw Sisters are Rosa and Margo Flanagan from Christchurch. They specialise in using plant-based foods (but they DO cook and use ovens!)
Before Rosa Flanagan was a Raw Sister, she was a supremely talented track athlete who had her sights set on the Commonwealth and Olympic Games. This quest for success came at a huge cost to her physical and mental health.
This is a podcast episode of two halves. The first half is Rosa's story, from being one of the fastest women in New Zealand to being at her own self-described rock bottom.
For the second half the other Raw Sister, Margo Flanagan, jumps on the mic and things take a lighter turn.
