The Mad Butcher - Racism Controversy, Near Death Experience, Warriors & Kiwis Legacy
Episode Description
The Dom Harvey Podcast with Sir Peter Leitch, aka The Mad Butcher!
This guest really needs very little by the way of introduction. Most people recognise him from his voice alone. He is New Zealand’s most high-profile butcher, a very successful businessman, a diehard supporter of the Warriors and Rugby league. And, he would argue this point, but I think he is a man that probably doesn’t get the recognition he deserves for his charitable acts. It’s hard to think of someone who have been more generous with their time and money than the Mad Butcher.
I have always liked the Mad Butcher. But I like him even more after this and I hope you guys enjoy it too.
This episode is bought to you by the legends at the Generate Kiwisaver scheme who have been big supporters of the podcast so I’m ecstatic to have them on board as a partner.
Generate is an award-winning KiwiSaver provider, with a track record of chart topping long-term performance.
My Kiwi saver account is with a different provider at the moment, but I’m booked in to talk to a Generate adviser to see how I can maximise my account and get it set up best for me.
The bottom line is, if I had done this sooner, my KiwiSaver savings would probably be worth more than what it currently is.
It’s amazing how getting into the right fund with the right provider could literally be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars by the time you retire.
