Rich Farrell || Runners Only! Podcast with Dom Harvey
Episode Description
EP66 Runners Only! with Dom Harvey & Rich Farrell
I suspect you haven’t heard the name before. Rich Farrell isn’t famous, but he is one of the physically strongest men in New Zealand. Using his stage name “the madness” he goes to competitions and lifts boulders and logs, flips big tractor tires, those sorts of things.
He went through a lot of ups and downs before finding himself and then finding this sport that gave him focus and purpose.
He has never told his full story publicly before, so I thank him for the opportunity.
He only wants to share his journey in the hope that it can help other people.
This chat needs to come with a trigger warning. It does contain chat about depression and suicide.
